Alternatively, you can purchase ticket sales during opening hours via the Portarlington Post Office or Portarlington Grand Hotel.
Ticket sales are available at the Melbourne Ferry Terminal during opening hours with the Port Phillip Ferries customer experience team. Payment methods include credit/debit card only, ticket sales are available until 40 minutes prior to departure. (This excludes group ticket sales of 10 or more people).
When boarding, please present your pre-purchased ticket via your electronic device or in a printed version.
Port Phillip Ferries is proud to be partnering with Travellers Aid to support unpaid carers and/or the person they care for to have a day out, enjoying our destinations across the bay. A trained volunteer or qualified staff member from Travellers Aid can be with you on the entire journey to assist you with things such as pushing a wheelchair, vision impairment guidance, meal and communication assistance or just companionship.
