Event Alert – Run Melbourne This Sunday, 13 July
If you’re travelling on the 10:40 am ferry from Docklands this Sunday 13 July, please be aware that Run Melbourne will be taking place across the city. There will be a number of road closures and tram disruptions in and around the CBD throughout the morning. These may affect your journey to the ferry terminal, so we strongly recommend planning ahead and allowing extra time to reach Docklands.

General service disruptions
In the unlikely event of a schedule change or service cancellation to an existing booking, passengers will be notified via phone, email and/or SMS alert.
When booking please ensure your email is correct, as your ferry ticket and notifications will be sent there. Your email won’t be used for marketing unless you opt in.

We have a Customer Service team member located at the Melbourne Ferry Terminal each weekday and on weekend mornings to assist with enquiries.
They will also be answering as many phone calls as possible, but as they may be assisting customers in person, there may be a delay in responding.
