Please note that Tickets must be pre-booked: either online or from the Portarlington Post Office. There will be no landside/onboard sales.
Bookings are now open Weekends in November, commencing from Saturday 14th November:
Saturday 14th and Sunday 15th November
Saturday 21st and Sunday 22nd November
Saturday 28th and Sunday 29th November
Ferry services will then increase to four days a week from Thursday 3rd December:
Thursday 3rd, Friday 4th, Saturday 5th and Sunday 6th December
Thursday 17th, Friday 18th, Saturday 19th and Sunday 20th December
In time for the holiday season, Ferry services will then return to seven days a week from Thursday 24th December:
Thursday 24th, Friday 25th, Saturday 26th, Sunday 27th, Monday 28th, Tuesday 29th, Wednesday 30th and Thursday 31st December.
Ferry services will continue to operate seven days a week in January 2021, with twice-daily services running on a weekend departure schedule.

Boarding commences 20 minutes prior to departure and closes 3 minutes prior to departure.
Please have your ticket ready to present to the crew prior to boarding, either printed or on your phone.
NOTE: If you miss your booked service, you are not entitled to a refund.

Individual services may be cancelled or subject to delay without prior notice (including, without limitation, due to bad weather or other circumstance beyond our reasonable control).

Things to Know Before You Go

You MUST pre-book your tickets ONLINE. If you cannot print your ticket, you can present the ticket on board via your electronic device or mobile phone.
You can also purchase all tickets at the Portarlington Post Office.
*** Tickets are non-transferable and are non-refundable. Refunds or dates changes might be approved only if we are contacted via phone more than 48 hours prior to the date of travel.
Multi-passes are purchased and redeemed online only. For individual use only — not valid for multiple people.
Travelling with a Group Booking?
Please wait for your whole party to arrive before boarding so we can check you all in at the same time. There will be one ticket for your group to board.
All ferry Tickets must be purchased online or from the Portarlington Post Office. There will be no landside / onboard sales. Only passengers with pre-booked tickets will be allowed to board the ferry.
Seating arrangements for up to 4 passengers will be available to accommodate passengers from the same household who are traveling together – but please note, you must all book together to sit together.
All pre-purchased Multi Passes remain valid, with no expiry date. Multi-Pass Holders will be able to continue to redeem remaining passes once we resume services.
Geelong Early Bird Tickets
All unused Early Bird tickets have been extended for use until 30th June 2021.
All Pass holders have been notified by email, but please feel free to contact us if you need any information on your codes.
A Port Phillip Ferries gift voucher is valid for 3 years. You will be able to continue to redeem all vouchers once we resume services.
Should the circumstances of your health change between the time of ticket purchase and date of travel, you can obtain a credit or refund by contacting our customer service on (03) 9514 8959 or [email protected] up until the time of service departure.
