A Grand Day Out (Departures from Docklands, Melbourne) > Cruise across the bay to visit the magnificent and historical Portarlington Grand Hotel. Standing tall on the main street since 1888, the hotel has now completed a magnificent renovation and is open for business. Only a short walk away from where the ferry docks, look up the hill towards the hotel turret which will lead you to our oasis.
Sail across the bay via Port Phillip Ferries service and when you arrive hop on board the Wine Wheels shuttle bus to be transferred to the iconic Jack Rabbit Vineyard the ‘must do’ destination of The Bellarine. The casual and very friendly House of Jack Rabbit Cellar Door serves up terrific bistro-style fare whilst those opting for the Jack Rabbit Restaurant are in for a gastronomic contemporary dining treat.
