Escape Melbourne for an afternoon of great Australian whisky, live music and Bellarine atmosphere with our Whisky by the Bay Ferry Package.
Cruise across Port Phillip Bay from Docklands to Portarlington, where your connecting bus will be waiting to take you to The Whiskery in Drysdale.
Spend the afternoon meeting some of Australia’s most interesting distillers and independent bottlers, tasting your way through a selection of Australian whiskies and discovering new releases alongside old favourites.
After an afternoon of amazing whisky tastings and entertainment, your transfer will depart the event taking you back to Portarlington in time to board the ferry for a relaxing cruise home to Melbourne.

Your Whisky by the Bay Itinerary
10.40 am | Set sail from Docklands
Board the ferry in Melbourne and start the day with a relaxing cruise across Port Phillip Bay.
11.50 am | Arrive in Portarlington
Step off the ferry at Portarlington Pier, where your connecting bus will be waiting.
Around 12.00 pm | Arrive at The Whiskery
It’s just a short 10-minute transfer to The Whiskery in Drysdale, getting you there right as Whisky by the Bay kicks off.
12.00 pm onwards | Whisky by the Bay
Spend the afternoon meeting distillers and independent bottlers, enjoying tastings, discovering new releases and soaking up the live music and festival atmosphere.
Late afternoon | Transfer back to Portarlington
Your bus will collect you from The Whiskery and return you to Portarlington Pier in time for the ferry home.
5.00 pm | Ferry back to Melbourne
Sit back, relax and enjoy the cruise across the bay after a brilliant afternoon on the Bellarine.
6.10 pm | Arrive Docklands
Back in Melbourne by early evening. Ferry, transfers, festival and tastings all taken care of.
