TRAVEL SAFELY

We are implementing the following steps to ensure your safety during travel:

PRE-BOOK YOUR TICKETS

All ferry tickets must be pre booked and paid online. There will be no landside or onboard ticket sales.

DESIGNATED SEATING

Seats onboard the ferry
will be clearly marked
to abide with physical
distancing guidelines.

WE’RE GOING CASHLESS

The café will not be
accepting cash sales
onboard until
otherwise advised.

PRE-BOOK YOUR TICKETS

If you are feeling unwell,
please don’t travel.

PRACTICE GOOD HYGIENE

Wash your hands with soap
regularly and then dry.
Cough or sneeze into
your elbow

KEEP YOUR DISTANCE

Give others space and
follow any instructions
about where to sit on
your service.

passengers download the

Things To Know Before You Go

BOARDING INFORMATION

Boarding commences 20 minutes prior to departure and closes 3 minutes prior to departure.

Please have your ticket ready to present to crew prior to boarding, either printed or on your phone.

NOTE: If you miss your booked service you are not entitled to a refund 

SERVICE CHANGE ANNOUNCEMENTS

We will post information about any schedule changes on our website, Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter.

SERVICE INTERRUPTIONS

While we will make reasonable attempts to provide the service in accordance with any published timetable, any published timetable is indicative only.  Individual services may be cancelled or subject to delay without prior notice (including, without limitation, due to bad weather or other circumstance beyond our reasonable control).

Tickets are non-transferable and are non-refundable. Refunds or dates changes might be approved, only if we are contacted via phone more than 48 hours prior to date of travel.

If we cancel a service for operational reasons, you are entitled to a refund or date change.
