Please Note: This is a special cruise outside our regular services and passengers must remain onboard when the ferry docks in Portarlington as there is no return service later that day. The ferry will dock in Portarlington for a short time before heading back to Melbourne. Cancellation within 72 hours of travel is non-refundable, however if you cannot travel due to unforeseen circumstances we can look at transferring your booking to another date subject to availability.
A Grand Day Out (Departures from Docklands, Melbourne) > Cruise across the bay to visit the magnificent and historical Portarlington Grand Hotel. Standing tall on the main street since 1888, the hotel has now completed a magnificent renovation and is open for business. Only a short walk away from where the ferry docks, look up the hill towards the hotel turret which will lead you to our oasis.
Next Cruise departs Tuesday 7 May at 2.30 pm. Departing and returning from Docklands on the first and third Tuesday’s of every month, these afternoon cruises are the way to experience Melbourne from a different angle. Being in the afternoon these cruise include a beer or house wine, some cheese and crackers and some historical commentary along the way.
