New to PortPlus?

Creating a PortPlus Membership is easy and free and will save you heaps. Follow the steps below to create your membership and start saving up to 46% per trip on ferry travel. Please note: PortPlus Memberships are only available for services between Portarlington and Docklands.

• To start a PortPlus Membership simply click the button on this page and purchase a PortPlus 10, 20, 30 or 50 Trip Pass
• Once you have completed your first purchase you will be sent an email with confirmation of purchase and a unique PortPlus Membership Number
• Keep this number safe as you will need this when you top up your passes in the future

Making a booking with your PortPlus Membership Number

• Choose your destination and time as per normal
• DO NOT choose a Multi-Pass Redemption
• Click on the ‘Are you a member’ link below Plan your experience 
• Enter your PortPlus Membership Number and wait for your redemptions to load
• Select a Redemption connected to your Member Number and proceed to cart
• You will also need to enter your email address to complete order for security purposes

Topping up with your Member Number

• You will always need to come back to this page to top up.
• Once on this page click the PortPlus Membership button
• Click the Buy Now button to make a new purchase
• Click on the ‘Are you a member’ link below Plan your experience 
• Enter your PortPlus Membership Number and wait for your redemptions to load
• Select a new Multi-trip Pass package and continue through to payment

Please Note: If you are topping up on trips before your previous allocation has run out, the system will always use the oldest allocation first. Therefore if you are purchasing a 50 pass please be aware they are only valid on Monday – Friday services.

Check your remaining passes with your Member Number

It’s really easy to track the remaining trips on your membership.

• Choose your destination and time as if you were making a booking
• Click on the ‘Are you a member’ link below Plan your experience 
• Click ‘View benefit summary’ and the redemptions connected to your profile will appear

• The pass lasts for 3 years so there’s no rush to use it
