We want to make it as easy as possible for Geelong and Bellarine residents to get to the event stress-free so we are excited to offer everyone who has a valid 2023 Grand Prix ticket, a FREE* one-way ferry trip to Melbourne from Geelong or Portarlington.
Start your Grand Prix adventure in style! With a licenced cafe on board, you can start your day with a fresh barista-made coffee and a breakfast snack, and if you choose to return on the ferry you can enjoy a nice cold beer or wine on your way home. It’s just easier than the hassles of driving down the freeway and finding a park.

The service departs Geelong Waterfront and Portarlington Pier and will deliver you to Docklands where it’s only a short tram ride to the Albert Park Grand Prix Circuit. Start your Grand Prix the easy way and go under the West Gate instead of over it!
* This offer is only available for 2023 F1 Australian Grand Prix ticket holders and is only valid on select morning services departing Geelong and Portarlington Friday 31 March, Saturday 1 April and Sunday 2 April 2023. The free code is available for all ticket types other than the large Group Booking category. Pre-booked tickets are essential and cannot be purchased at the ferry on the day.
