Coronavirus Update | Ferry Service Announcement

To our loyal ferry friends and supporters,

Based on government advice, and the safety of our community, we are regrettably suspending ALL ferry services between Portarlington, Geelong and Docklands, effective Monday 30 March 2020. For our new and growing business, this has been an incredibly hard decision to make.

Port Phillip Ferries love creating connections between people and places and building new relationships each and every day. We are so proud to provide ferry travel that offers a safe and reliable transport option for many Victorians and visitors to our state.

To our very loyal regular commuters, our team will miss your smiling faces, your genuine warmth with our staff, and we cannot wait to see you again on the back deck enjoying each other’s company.

We acknowledge our incredible partners, who have supported us in providing this world class ferry service. Most of our partner businesses are also hurting financially and we send our thoughts and concerns to them and their employees.

To all; be safe, be kind and when the time is right, Port Phillip Ferries will be back to continue what we started.

So what does this mean for our customers?

Pre booked tickets:
If you possess pre purchased tickets up until June 30, 2020, you will be contacted directly and sent your ticket purchase options. You do not need to contact us, just keep an eye out for our email coming soon. If you have not previously registered an email address with us, we will be calling you direct to discuss your options. Anyone with tickets after June 30, 2020 will remain as is for now, or until further advised.

Pre purchased Package tickets:
If you have booked and paid for one of our Packages and Experiences, we ask that you contact the business directly, with whom you have booked and paid for that package. Many of our package partners are providing a credit to be able to re visit again for a date in the future.

Multi Pass Holders:
All pre purchased Multi Passes will remain valid, with no expiry date. You will be able to continue to redeem your remaining Multi Passes once services resume. You will soon receive an update; with the number of your remaining redemptions to be used.

Geelong Early Bird Tickets:
If you have any Geelong Early Bird Tickets remaining, the expiry date will automatically be extended from June to December 31, 2020. No further action is required.

Gift Vouchers:
A Port Phillip Ferries gift voucher is valid for 3 years. You will be able to continue to redeem all vouchers once services resume
